Amendment forms for The Connecticut Based Limited Liability Company, Homescape, have arrived earlier today. The forms, which will be filed within the last qaurter of 2010, will officially amend the name of the LLC and executives which as of currently only Chief Executive Officer and founder, Nicholas G Coriano, is officially on record.
After research in early 2010, Mr. Coriano realized that Homescape was too generic and added the marker originally above the Ĥ and adding the ™ to secure rights, the marker was then changed to the Ô where it currently stands. Homeskape.com was purchased by HÔMESCAPE™ last month and is being considered as a possible candidate for a new name (HÔMESKAPE™). All changes where, and are, to distinguish the brand from the masses. HÔMESCAPE™ is currently accepting ideas for name changes and as always are looking for out-of-the-box concepts.
Concurrently HÔMESCAPE™ recieved it’s annual report forms which will be filed at the end of the year simotanously with all amendments. All suggestions and comments should be sent to Homescape.llc@gmail.com
