- Hômescape expressly reserves the right to dilute the membership units outstanding to any amount it determines reasonable as well as the right to issue any quantities of membership units above what are currently issued at the sole discretion of the managing member.
- Members, those holding membership units are not Managers, who directly control the company. Members are not liable for acts of the company and have no controlling interest in the companies activities. An investment by a member will be subject to the discretionary spending of the Manager of the company.
