In 2013 the company began development of a “tiny home” on land purchased in Herkimer County, New York. The story is being developed and told on www.homeskape.com
In 2015 the tiny home experiment began in full thrust when the company began to trade timber for reclaimed wood from an old barn. The experiment set out to build a tiny home with “no-money” and used the barter system as a source to get material and labor to finish a small cabin in the woods. In summer 2016, the project continues and you can keep up with the project by regularly checking in at homeskape.com
Also in 2015, Hômescape LLC dba Hômeskape™ launched a new ecommerce account on LandWatch.com to increase visibility to its land portfolio of investments as well as a way to inventory current land holdings. The company has pointed the domain www.homeskape.net to the properties listed on LandWatch.com.
Our partnership with LandWatch.com allows us to showcase our land holdings and test ecommerce capabilities in the real estate market.
